At the top right corner of our website click on the account tab which will take you to ‘Sign In’ with your email address. It will then send you a verification code via email, please use this code to enter your account.

You can join our community and opt-in by subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of our website.

You can update your contact details by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Profile’ to edit.

We have made the process easy and efficient by only using a verification code to access your account so you do not need to worry about forgetting your password.

For customer information i.e name and contact details we use secure encryption and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act to keep your details safe.

Please note: We do not store information of your card details. Only the last 4 digits of your card are visible to us when you make a purchase. The full card number and the CVV/CVC are not accessible or stored.

We are sorry to see you go and you can subscribe again at any time. Feedback is always welcome regarding marketing updates from us.

To unsubscribe from any marketing emails – there is an option at the bottom of the sent email that says ‘No longer want to receive these emails? ’ and click the link to ‘Unsubscribe’.

Browse our products, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout to place your order.

Orders can only be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team.

Your order number will be in your confirmation email and visible under 'My Orders' when logged in.

Once you have completed your order, shortly after you will receive an order confirmationemail which shows the items you have purchased.

If for whatever reason you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please thoroughly check your ‘spam or junk’ folder.

If you still haven’t received or can’t find the email please sign in to your ‘Account’ and check in ‘Orders’ after 15 minutes. If it does not appear in your orders history then contact our customer care team via email and we will look into this further for you.

We’re sorry something is missing from your order! All orders are checked before shipping, but if something has gone wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Check all packaging carefully – items can sometimes be packed separately or under protective materials. Review your order confirmation email – to ensure the item is listed.

If something is still missing, please get in touch with us within 5 working days of receiving your order by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form which you can find in the ‘Customer Service’ section. Include your order number, the missing item(s), and clear photos of the box and contents. We’ll sort it for you as soon as possible.

Yes, you can check out without logging in. Ensure you provide your email address for order confirmation and tracking your delivery.

While we take great care to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can go wrong during transit. Here’s what to do next:

Please take clear pictures of the damaged or faulty item(s), packaging, and any visible damage such as dents, tears, or leaks. These will help us assess the situation and take the next steps.

Contact our customer support team within 5 working days of receiving your order by filling in the ‘Contact Us’ form. Be sure to include your order number, a short description of the issue, and attach the photos you took.

Keep all original packaging and materials — they may be needed for inspection or to use for return.

Once we receive your details, we’ll guide you through what happens next. This may include processing a replacement, refund, or starting a claim with the courier depending on the issue.

Shipping & Delivery (UK)

We offer reliable delivery options through Royal Mail and DPD. Please keep the following in mind before placing your order:

• All delivery time frames refer to working days and begin once your order has been dispatched.

• While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues beyond our control.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays or losses caused by late deliveries.

*Orders placed before 5pm from Monday–Friday will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be scheduled for dispatch from Monday.

Orders placed by 5pm, Monday to Friday, are typically prepared for dispatch within one working day. Any orders made after this cut-off, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed from the next working Monday.

Please note: we don’t dispatch orders on public holidays.

You will receive a tracking link via email once we have processed and despatched your order. You will also receive delivery and tracking updates from your chosen courier company.

Yes, free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £50. This is automatically applied at checkout. Please note, if a discount code is used and the order total falls below the £50 threshold, standard delivery charges will apply.

No, we currently do not ship internationally but we will inform you once we are offering this.

The courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a card with instructions for collection or rebooking.

If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually amend the details with no issue. However, once it has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes directly. That said, your courier may offer options while the parcel is in transit such as updating delivery preferences or redirecting to a nearby collection point. We recommend checking your tracking link for any available changes directly through the courier.

If the parcel can’t be delivered due to the incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery.

Refunds & Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply complete the ‘Contact Us’ form or email us at care@beautifyne.co.uk.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• The reason for the return

Once we review your request, we’ll provide the next steps for returning the item to us.

Note: All returns must meet the conditions in our Returns Policy, so please take a moment to check that before sending anything back.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, size, or variant, we recommend returning the item you no longer want and placing a new order for the one you’d prefer.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in line with our Returns Policy.
