Shipping policy

At Beautifyne, we believe transparency is important. This policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, and your rights as a UK customer under consumer law.
Your Rights Under UK Law
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Under UK consumer law, your order is our responsibility until it safely reaches you. This means if your parcel is lost or damaged on its way, we’ll make sure you receive either a replacement or a refund — you won’t be left out of pocket.
Once your parcel has been delivered to the address you provided (or to a neighbour/secure location you’ve nominated), the responsibility then passes to you.
To help avoid any delays or issues, please double check that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for parcels delayed, redirected, or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Order Processing
- Orders are normally prepared within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- Purchases made by 5pm, Monday – Friday are usually dispatched the next working day.
- You will always receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Delivery Services & Costs
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and DPD.
- Standard Delivery – £3.99 (free on orders over £40), approx. 2–4 working days.
- Express Delivery – £5.99, approx. 1–2 working days.
- Next Day Delivery - £6.99, approx. 1 working day.
Note: Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking & Updates
- Every order is dispatched with tracking.
- A tracking link will be sent to you by email, and couriers may also send live updates by SMS or email.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available when delivery is attempted:
- Couriers may try again, or
- Leave instructions for collection or rebooking.
If your parcel is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (a further postage fee may apply).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Beautifyne cannot accept liability for parcels delayed, redirected, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend address details with no issue.
- Once shipped, changes must be managed directly with the courier (where available). Many couriers offer in-transit options, such as updating delivery preferences or redirecting to a nearby collection point.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we will get in touch to arrange redelivery.
Delivery Issues
If something doesn’t go to plan, please contact us promptly:
- Damaged or faulty items – notify us within 5 working days with photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- Missing items – check packaging carefully, then contact us within 5 working days if anything is missing.
- Late or lost parcels – if your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum time frame, get in touch and we will investigate with the courier.
International Taxes & Duties
For all international destinations, orders may be subjected to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.
As customs policies and fees vary by country, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Please note:
BEAUTIFYNE is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties or clearance delays.
If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to treat the order as non-refundable.
Any shipping or return costs incurred as a result of customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.
The customer will be required to cover all return shipping and handling costs before the item is sent back to them. These costs will need to be paid in full before we can re-ship the item or process any further requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully informed about and prepared to pay any customs charges related to their delivery before placing an order.
