Returns Eligibility (Beauty Products)
Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and haircare products, strict hygiene rules apply. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Protective seals, hygiene stickers, or shrink-wrapping must be intact.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be stored safely and handled with reasonable care until returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, used, tested, or swatched.
- Items with broken hygiene seals or tampered packaging.

- Gift cards and digital vouchers.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Refunds
Change of mind: Refunds for non-faulty items will be issued once your return has been received and checked. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing. Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you’ll receive a full refund, including delivery costs, once we’ve confirmed the issue.
All refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, though this may be sooner depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on beauty products for hygiene reasons. If you would like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
